CADSPMNT- Unable to perform stop Payment as below error is raised:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Issue a cheque and reverse the same
2. Cheque should be in unused status
3. Now perform stop payment through CADSPMNT
