OBDX is not Suppoting Currency Decimal Precision More Than Two, "Please enter a valid amount" Error While Doing Limit Maintenance with an Amout with Three Decimal (Doc ID 2590441.1)

Actual Behavior:
User is not able to enter currency amount more than two decimal, even in case the currency requires so.

Expected Behavior:
OBDX should support up to three decimal currency amount.


Case 1:

1. Initiate any fund transfer.

3. Enter amount in the amount field

4. Notice that It is rounding up to 2 digit.


Case 2:

1. Do limit maintenance from admin screen.

2. Put an amount with 3 decimal number .

3. Notice that then it is throwing error like"Please enter a valid amount".

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,

Case 1: User's entered value is getting rounded up.

Case 2: Admin user is unable proceed with Limit Maintenance transaction with an amount with three decimal.
