User Is Not Able To Change Logo For Mobile Browser And Mobile Application From 'Manage Brand' (Doc ID 2590787.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User is not able to change logo for Mobile browser and OBDX Mobile application from 'Manage Brand' where as it gets changes for desktop browsers. 

OBDX maintains two different images for bank logo, one of large screen and one for small screen. It is a requirement that bank wants different images for both of the devices. for example for large screen some banks want to show logo with the bank name text and on small devices they just want to show logo.

 




EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Bank logo should get applied to mobile screen also.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
log in as admin---> search for manage brand transaction ---> upload logo and save --> it is not getting applied for mobile browser and application.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the bank logo on mobile screen.
