System fails to create XBorder outgoing payment when Tag20/21 Has Alphanumeric Value In The Message

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should create XBorder outgoing payment when Tag20/21 Has Alphanumeric Value In The Message

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Inject MT204 with tag 20/21 as alphanumeric
2. System should create XBorder outgoing payment


Changes

Program logic changed to set the tag 20 sender reference to external reference number which is alphanumeric instead of file reference number
