RD Account Opening Rollover Type Error for Transaction initiated via Webservice (Doc ID 2591295.1)

Symptoms

RD account Opening error through Webservice

We are using "FCUBSAccService" to book a RD from Webservice/API. we are getting the below   error message

ERROR

<FCUBS_ERROR_RESP>
ST-VALS-012 - "Invalid Value N for Rollover Type".


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Pick up a Account class for which Account needs to be created via Webeservice
2. Pass the Request XML with auto rollover
3. Verify the Response

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create a Auto rollover RD account
