Symptoms

When attempting to upload the incoming messages (MT700), Bank faces an issue with the Export contracts. Before applying 2018 swift changes, incoming messages were received and the contract was processing fine. After applying 2018 swift changes (the new updates on swift), Incoming MT700 LC contract going to repair status instead of process status

1. Upload MT700 via incoming message after SWIFT 2018 changes
