Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Offline Feed Files for Mutual Funds are not uploading successfully, and the file upload is getting stuck at file data loading to temporary table process.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

When an Operations user goes to the File upload UI and upload an offline file, the upload should happen successfully with the successful Report generation having the status of the upload.

STEPS to reproduce
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

  1. Log in to the system with an Operations user profile
  2. Go to the File upload UI
  3. Select an offline mutual fund file for any given RTA.
  4. Click upload file

BUSINESS IMPACT
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As the offline mutual fund file is not getting uploaded from front-end successfully, the mutual fund transaction records from the file will not get posted into the system. Due to this the customer will not be able to see the transaction done in his/her portfolio. This may result further into customer escalations to the bank.
