FCIS - Issue In Allocation When Transaction Currency is different from fund base currency and fee currency as transaction currency (Doc ID 2591359.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to allocate the posted subscription transaction with FEE Currency as Transaction Currency and Fund Based Currency is different from Transaction Currency
the following error occurs.

ERROR:
check constraint (CC_LOADHISTORYTBL)


STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 Make a fund with Allow Fee Calculation In Transaction Currency AS 'YES' and load should be attached for 02 transaction type and maintain different FBC and TBC.
2 Create two subscription transactions with Fee Currency as 'Transaction Curency'.
3 Try to allote these two transactions simultaneously through UTDEODMI.
4 Post allocation, One transaction is allocated successfully while other one is failing with constraint error "LoadhistoryTblORA-02290: check constraint (CC_LOADHISTORYTBL) violated".
