Islamic CASA accounts not getting transferred (Using STDACTFR) when New Account class start date is greater than Old account opening Date (Doc ID 2591648.1)

Symptoms

 This Problem occurs when Account Open Date less than Target Account Class Creation Date.

Simulation Steps:

  1. Pick up a account Created in the past year say 2018.
  2. Create New Account class now.
  3. Using STDACTFR, transfer the account to New Account Class Created.
