ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When bank admin clicks on "Create" in Role transaction mapping, the page comes as blank.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Screen should Load properly.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Admin Logs in and access -> Authorization and Access Control -> Role Transaction Mapping.
2. Click on "Create".
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create role transaction mapping.
