Error In Account Summary Widget of Dashboard Builder (Doc ID 2591808.1)

Symptoms

When Creating new Dashboard for Corporate role, and when dragging/dropping "Account Summary" widget, system throws a general error of "System cannot process the request, please try again later".

ERROR
-----------------------
The widget is dropped however with an error "System cannot process the request, please try again later".

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Admin User Access Dashboard Builder -> Create.
2. Select Module Corporate -> Application Role Dashboard.
3. Drag "Account Summary" widget and drop it in the designated place.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot drag drop the Account summary widget in the dashboard to be created for corporate role.
