On : 12.0.1 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer Information File(CIF) Creation from Web Services is not populating the tables MSTM_CUST_ADDRESS and MSTM_MSG_ADDRESS upon authorization.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
CIF Creation from Webservice should populate the address tables MSTM_CUST_ADDRESS and MSTM_MSG_ADDRESS

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a CIF using Webservice : FCUBSCustomerService and operation : CreateCustomer
2. Authorize the CIF,using the Webservice : FCUBSCustomerService and Operation : AuthorizeCustomer
3. Check the tables MSTM_CUST_ADDRESS and MSTM_MSG_ADDRESS

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, CIF addresses are not populated automatically.
