On Clicking On "Save" Button On Employee Maintenance Screen, System Gives "ORA-06550" 'Database Exception' Error (Doc ID 2592911.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------------------------------
In "Employee Maintenance" screen under the Admin user access, after filling all the details and on clicking on 'Save' button, "DATABASE EXCEPTION" error message is getting displayed in the screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
On entering all the details in "Employee Maintenance" screen and on clicking on 'Save' button, "EMPLOYEE UPDATED SUCCESSFULLY" message should be displayed in the screen.

STEPS
----------------------------------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Log in into the application in admin portal.
2. Navigate to User > Employee Maintenance screen
3. Fill all the details
4. Click on 'Save' button



BUSINESS IMPACT
----------------------------------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Since system is not allowing to save and update the employee details in the Employee Maintenance screen, this particular banker will not be able to view the customers under his hierarchy.

There are no changes to the enviromnent, product, account or hardware which has triggered this issue.
