In Cheque Book request Complete City Name Drop Down List Not getting displayed which is present in the Backend/Database (Doc ID 2592966.1)

Symptoms

When B001 user logins into Internet banking application to place the chequebook request and when filling the delivery details in the city dropdown it shows the cities of bank till letter "T".

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to FCDB Application with B001 user
2. Navigate to Chequebook Request Menu
3. Fill the Delivery details :- The city name dropdown menu shows the cities of the bank till letter "T"


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, in Delivery details, users cannot see the cities beyond letter T in the City Dropdown.
