Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
During modification of account, system is inserting a new record into cstb_custacseq.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
cstb_custacseq table gets populated on account creation. No duplicate rows should be inserted into cstb_custacseq.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Consider an Active account having a record in cstb_custacseq table

2. Query for this account from Customer Account Maintenance (STDCUSAC), modify the account, save and authorize the changes

2. Review the data in cstb_custacseq

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Interest and Changes End of Day batch fails if cstb_custacseq has more than one rows for an account.
