System Configurations Transaction Does Not Allow To Maintain FCUBS Gateway Webservice Details As Host Name, It Only Allows IP Address (Doc ID 2593362.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When bank admin tries to do the system configuration, application does not allow to enter the FCUBS Gateway webservice host name in the system. It is expecting IP Address only.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It should allow the host name also.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to the admin user, go to system configuration
2. In the host details tab, option is available to input host details of UBS
3. Application allows to put the IP address only. It does not allow the host name.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, if there is change in IP address of FCUBS Gateway Webservice, system configuration need to be changed in OBDx .
