Symptoms
On : 12.3 version
CLDACCVM - system Is changing in Other Applicants field Effective Date
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1: Take one CL account .
2: Do VAMI in CLDACCVM to change in Components tab - Due Date On.
3: After save, the system changed in Other Applicants the field Effective Date.
which is not ok because there is no change in Other Applicants.
4: same issue using CLDCAMAD screen also.
