BCDTRONL- Accounting Entries Error In Case Of Event CLOS Upon Save (Doc ID 2593559.1)

Symptoms

When we close an Export Bill under LC contract system is not posting not showing accounting entries for CNF_LIAB_AVAIL_AMT.

ERROR
-----------------------
System is not posting accounting entries for CNF_LIAB_AVAIL_AMT(contra entries for event INIT).

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Go to BCDTRONL
2. Search for contract an Export Bill under LC contract
3. Press Close
4. Press Save
5. Go and check accounting entries.
Currently system is not showing accounting entries for CNF_LIAB_AVAIL_AMT. These are missing.

Expected result: accounting entries should include DR / CR for CNF_LIAB_AVAIL_AMT being contra entries for event INIT
