Approved Service Request Screen Does Not Show The Comments Put By Administrator (Doc ID 2594074.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
If Admin approves the service request by putting comments in the note, then the same comment is not available in Service request tracker. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Comments should be displayed to admin if admin revisits the processed service request

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with retail user.
2. Raise any service request.It comes to admin for approval.
3. Log in with admin and put some comments in the service request & approve.
4. Revisit the approved service request & check for comments.
