Symptoms
On : 12.3 version, Production Support-SET
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
System is restricting account to close even though the balance is zero.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The account balance related override should not be displayed in case the account balance is zero during the closure.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Take an account where the account balance is zero.
2. Close the account.
3. Verify the closure operation.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot close customer account.
