OBDX Application Shows Generic Error Message During Login Even If User Account Is Locked (Doc ID 2594210.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Even for locked users, system shows generic error message "Invalid Username or Password" when user tries to log in.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For Locked In user, showing Lock status would help, instead of showing "Invalid Username or Password" message.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Lock one user from Admin
2. Try to log in with that user.
3. Observe that "Invalid Username or Password" message is shown to the user.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users is unable to know whether he/she is locked or entering invalid credentials.
