Symptoms

On : 12.0.3 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

System is failing to Liquidate for accounts even though there is no problem in accounting setup.
User reported that some of accounts are stopped liquidation.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should liquidate the interest based on liquidation cycle.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Run the Month end and verify the liquidation entries for accounts.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
It will have impact on interest posting for customer accounts.
