Variance error IS-C0002 faced during unlock and save of an Islamic BC Contract (Doc ID 2594314.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
BC contract cannot be liquidated due to error in variance


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
BC contract to be liquidated successfully with settlements defaulted properly


Error:
-------
IS-C0002 BC_CRST_TFR_AMT_EQ: Rate Variance is greater than Maximum Variance for the Product


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book a BC contract
2. Exchange rate should not get populated,if user hasn't enter the value.
3. Unlock the contract visit settlement screen , change the exchange rate
and save the contract.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, Users cannot save the BC Contract successfully with any exchange rate input
