ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Advice generated from cancellation of an LC Contract, LC_CANCEL_ADV is generated as Blank

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Cancellation advice is expected to be generated successfully with necessary fields

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Unlock an IB Contract (Import Bill under LC ) from IBDTRONL Screen
2. In Linkage details tab, add a Shipping  guarantee contract , fill in the contract amount , save and authorize.
3. On authorization, SYSTEM Marks the Shipping guarantee contract as Cancelled and tries to generate cancellation advice LC_CANC_ADV
3. Check if cancellation advice is successfully generated

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users have not received advice on cancellation of LC Contract
