ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
 
Transaction amount search is not working in the PXSOVIEW summary screen in Payments only for amounts having decimal values.
The Screen hangs.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should able to search with Decimal Values.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to PXSOVIEW screen
2. Enter Transaction amount as any decimal Value
3. Click on Search Button

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot search record using decimal value.
