Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Accounting entries passed for suppressed Inbound cross border transaction

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Accounting entries should not be posted for suppressed Inbound cross border transaction

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Cross border LIQ inbound Transaction injected today with tomorrow's value date. Transaction moved to Warehouse queue
2. Cancelled the transaction from queue and authorized. (Selected suppress accounting flag during cancel operation)
3. Accounting passed and posted in FLEXCUBE for a cancelled transaction
