ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Incoming SWIFT creating a FEDWIRE out contract in PWDOVIEW- Audit log is blank

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When a Fedwire outgoing transaction is created via SWIFT EMS upload, Audit log and Date time stamp need to update in PWDOVIEW screen

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Upload a SWIFT EMS file for a Fedwire transaction with 57A
2.Check whether the message is uploaded and transaction is created
3.Query the transaction in PWDOVIEW screen.
4.Check whether the Audit log and Date time stamp is updated in the view screen.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot check audit log for transaction.
