FCIS_Customer unable to place transaction in netbanking (Doc ID 2595261.1)

Customer is getting error message "Fund currency is not valid for this transaction. Transaction currency does not match with account currency" during placing a transaction through net banking. This might be due to incomplete hand off from FCIS system to net banking system and it might happen due to various reason.
