Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Transaction is getting processed even though it should have gone into Repair:

  1. When a user is Creating a xborder outbound transaction (MT103) to a country which is enabled for IBAN Validation
  2. And when Invalid IBAN is specified in Ultimate beneficiary Line 1


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced will with the following steps:
1. Create a xborder outbound transaction (MT103) to a country which is enabled for IBAN Validation.
2. Input invalid IBAN in Ultimate beneficiary Line 1
2. Save the transaction
