On : 14.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

While installing FCUBS 14.1 sources, Bank is getting "insufficient privileges" error in 2 packages

"ORA-01031: insufficient privileges"

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to install FCUBS 14.1
3. Error ORA-01031: insufficient privileges
