Liability Modification through Screen GEDMLIAB Not Saving the Changes (Doc ID 2596426.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.0.1 version, Production Support-SET

Upon unlocking the Liability from GEDMLIAB, amending the Overall Limit and saving, the message appears Record Modified Successfully but in actual is not saving the amendment.
The Overall Limit is not updated also the record is not shown un-authorized.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Upon saving the changes should be saved and the record should be in un-authorized status.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Visit the liability record in GEDMLIAB screen.
2. Unlock the record and change the overall limit and Save the record.
3. Again visit the liability record, the changes are not saved and record is Authorized.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Bank is not able to update the overall limit of liability restricting them depending operations i.e creating facilities , loans etc which utilizes the Overall limit.
