ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For retail account to account transfer (FTRQ) from a Foreign currency account to Local currency account, the LCY is calculated equal to FCY even when the exchange rate is greater than 1.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The LCY amount should be FCY amount * Exchange rate and must not be equal to FCY when the exchange rate is greater than 1
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Post an FTRQ transaction between FCY and LCY accounts.
2. Verify the LCY vs FCY amount.
