Icpks_eod Is Having Compilation Error due to insufficient privilages (Doc ID 2596501.1)

Symptoms

while applying rolled patchsets 8.0, 9.0 and 10.0 in Ithmaar DEV environment. ICPKS_EOD.SQL file is getting invalid.

Compilation errors for PACKAGE BODY FCUBS_PROD.ICPKS_EOD

Error:

Identifier 'DBMS_SHARED_POOL.KEEP' must be declared.

By giving grants to the user
 
grant execute on DBMS_SHARED_POOL to FCUBS_PROD;
grant all on DBMS_SHARED_POOL to FCUBS_PROD;


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. By applying the patch set in the 12.3 environment from 8 to 10.
2. ICPKS_EOD.sql file is invalid due to grants are not given to the user from the sysuser
3. Pctr_Contract_Master_02 and PC_PROC is invalid because TRSQ_PC_QUEUE sequence is missing.



BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot upgraded the patch set from 8 to 10.0 due to missing grants to the ICPKS_EOD.sql and not able to compile the units.
