Available Balance Discrimination Between FCUBS And OBDX (Doc ID 2596520.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The customer available balance is shown on the OBDX screen is different from the available balance in FCUBS.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The customer available balance is shown on the OBDX screen should be the exact value as available balance in FCUBS.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in into application with Retail user
2. Access Account
3. Go to Current and Savings --> Saving and Current Account Details
4. Choose Account number and click "Proceed"
5. On the "Account Details" Tab, it can be seen that there are three types of Balance:
  1- Net Balance
  2- Available Balance
  3- Amount on Hold


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot correct available account balance.
