On : 7.1 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A contract for which interest is fully paid out and no more accrual is being calculated, TILL_DATE_ACCRUAL is not matching with AMOUNT_SETTLED.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For a fully paid contract, TILL_DATE_ACCRUAL should match with AMOUNT_SETTLED.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
