In CLDRENOG screen,error CL-ROLL07 is obtained when value for Settlement Branch and Settlement Account is not provided. (Doc ID 2597342.1)

Symptoms

The system is using gls account from product parametrizations.

CL-ROLL07 error should be removed when no value for Settlement Branch and Settlement Account is provided.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to CLDRENOG screen.
1. Provide a new account number
2. Populate Outstanding
3. Save - An error is showing "Rollover Settlement Account/Branch is null. CL-ROLL07 is obtained.
