System is taking more time to generate Loan advices (Doc ID 2597383.1)

On : 12.4.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

User is facing issue while printing recovery slip. It taking time to show print preview.
AFTER AUTHORIZE OF RECOVERY, RECOVERY SLIP TAKE MORE THAN 5 MINTS FOR SHOWING PRINT.
When user punch recovery in CIDPYMNT screen successfully and query in screen MSSOUTBR system not showing proper response while printing recovery slip.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Post authorization of loan account, system should generate the advices within a stipulated time manner without delay.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Post and get the recovery in CIDPYMNT screen
2. Query in screen MSSOUTBR


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Customers has to wait for printing the slip, affecting the bank's customer service.
