Symptoms

When attempting to Login into Mobile application,
the following error occurs and if login is happening but dashboard is not loading for mobile banking users.

ERROR

Could not connect to server. Please try after some time.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login into FCDB (Flexcube Direct Banking) mobile application.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, mobile banking users are facing login and dashboard loading issues.

enq: TX - row lock contention may be observed in AWR reports
