Symptoms

On : 12.4.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
When the Data Base server in different time zone (eg: Hong Kong) and Application is running for different time zone (eg: UK) then when executing any Scheduler JOB's, post completion of jobs the table STTB_JOB_EVENT_LOG field DATETIMESTAMP should be updated with Application (UK) Time zone and NOT Server (HK) Time zone.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
Application time zone Date and Time should be updated in STTB_JOB_EVENT_LOG field DATETIMESTAMP and NOT Server time zone date and time.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Data Base Server Time Zone and Application Time Zone should be different.
2. UTDJOB - Maintain the scheduler Job.
3. Execute the maintained Job.
4. Check the table STTB_JOB_EVEN_LOG field DATETIMESTAMP, the value is updated with Data Base Server date and timestamp.
