In Fedwire incoming message, tag 2000 parsing logic is incorrect
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In Fedwire incoming message last two digits in tag 2000 should be after decimal values.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Upload a Fedwire incoming message with tag 2000
2.Query the transaction in PWDIVIEW
3.Check whether the transfer amount displayed with the last 2 digits in tag 2000 as after decimal value
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, transfer amount is populating wrong.
