It should not be the case
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create 2 TD account
2. create collateral & link 2 TD account and distribute the contract contribution
3. check the block amount in STDAMBLK for both account.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot proceed with collateral.
