ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Incoming FEDWIRE, after authorizing in Auth 1 Limit Queue, still in Exception status

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When FEDWIRE incoming transaction is approved from Authorization limit queue, transaction need to process and liquidate successfully.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Upload a FEDWIRE incoming transaction
2.Transaction moved to Auth limit 1 queue
3.Approve the transaction from AU1 queue
4.Transaction moved to Auth limit 2 queue
5.Approve the transaction from AU2 queue
6.Check whether the transaction is liquidated and the accounting entries are passed

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process and liquidate FEDWIRE incoming transaction successfully thought approved from Authorization limit queue.
