When attempting to delete an unauthorized modification done on Amount block screen STDAMBLK
the following error occurs.

ERROR

ST-SAVE-019 Failed to Delete the Record

ST-VALS-007 Record is Authorized Once for Block reference Number


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Amount block for an account on the screen STDAMBLK
2. Authorize the block
3. Unlock and perform modification, save the record
4. Try to delete the modified block

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot clear the unauthorized modified amount block record , due to which it appears in pending queue, EOD Cannot be commenced
