Symptoms

Both below attributes are being used for FRY-14M report and column values are null in configuration. 

Issue #1:DIM_REG_INTEREST_TYPE.V_REG_INTEREST_DISPLAY_CD
Issue #2:DIM_ENTITY_TYPE.V_ENTITY_TYPE_REG_DISPLAY_CD.
