Goal

There is a scenario where multiple new run skeys (one for each reporting entity) are generated for each reporting period. Current incremental DE refresh feature doesn't support refreshing DE for multiple run skeys at a time. So the requirement is to enhance the incremental DE refresh feature so that all run skeys can be processed together instead of making multiple calls to the program.
