Symptoms

When attempting to perform liquidation of a CL Account
the following error occurs.

ERROR

CL-UDE03 Failed to Get UDE Values


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query the reported Account or similar account in CLDPYMNT screen
2. Perform payment after filling in the UDE values
3. Check if the account is successfully liquidated


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot liquidate a loan
