On : 12.0.3 version, Production Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Some MT940 SWIFT Messages (Account Statement) are marked mistakenly as PDE (Possible Duplicate Emission)

CUSTOMER EXPECTATION
------------------------
PDE validations are supposed to be done only for Payment Messages (MT103, 202 etc.)

STEPS
-----------------------
Not happening always and thus not aware of exact steps to reproduce

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, MT940 messages are stuck in PDE queue and are not sent to customer.
