User Is Not Able To Login After Generating The Public Private Keys (Doc ID 2597992.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

User Is Unable to login to the application, after admin maintains Public & Private keys in Seucrity Tab.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Login should happen after security keys are maintained.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Log in to the application with admin user
2. Security --> Security Keys -->Generate public & private keys.
3. logout & log in to the application with any user.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login to the application.
