User Update In Core Banking System Are Not Updated In OBDX System (Doc ID 2598325.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Personal information related to retail customer, such as, email id and mobile number can be changed from back end core banking system. But these changes are not getting reflected automatically in the OBDX application.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
OBDX functionality which use personal details of retail customer, should use data that is in synch with backend core banking system.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to core banking system's customer details modification screen and modify email id / mobile number of the customer.
2. Now, Login with corresponding retail user in OBDX, and go to "My Profile" screen.
3. Note that the changed email id / mobile number is not getting reflected in the OBDX screen, and it is showing previous data instead.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue:
(i) OBDX sends email alert to old email id.
(ii) For SMS alert, old phone number is being used.
(iii) Data correction in core banking does not reflect in OBDX screens such as retail user's 'My Profile' screen or admin's 'User Management' screen.

Impacted User
--------------------
All OBDX retail user whose email id and/or mobile number has been updated in core banking system.
