SPS ReST Service Is Returning Failure Response For All Requests With PrefundedPayments As Y (Doc ID 2598330.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Single Payment ReST service is always returning failure response when Bank injects any request with prefunded Payments tag as Y.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Single Payment ReST should be successful

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
Scenario 1: Inject Single Payment ReST request with prefundedPayments as Y and "dbtraccothrid" as blank value. For this scenario, Single Payment ReST service returned failure with following error

  "PX-PROC-036": "Failed in Transaction processing",
  "ST-SAVE-004": "Failed to Save the Record"

Scenario 2: Inject SPS ReST request with prefundedPayments as Y and "dbtraccothrid" as GL account which is maintained at source level in PMDSORCE screen. For this scenario, SPS ReST service returned failure with following error.

  "INVALID-003": "Value for field Account Other ID in record 0 of BLK_CUSTCRDTRFINIT_PMTINF section is not valid",
  "ST-SAVE-004": "Failed to Save the Record"


BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot process Single Payment Request
